Additionally, authorized users can unlock doors through the Studiz app. This feature ensures efficient space usage and simplifies room and door management.
Admin access
- Create and manage rooms and doors: Set up rooms with attributes like location, capacity, and equipment, and assign doors to them.
- Update room availability: Modify room schedules, block off times, open new booking, and manage door access settings as needed.
- Monitor room usage: Track room bookings, cancellations, and overall usage to optimize room usage.
Student access
- Search for rooms: Find rooms based on capacity, equipment, location, and real-time availability to meet specific needs.
- Book now or schedule for later: Either reserve a room immediately or plan ahead by scheduling it for future use, ensuring flexibility.
- Request a slot: If a desired time slot for a room is taken, request it from the current occupant.
